Here, among the flora and fauna of the island's coastal mountains, is the perfect setting to disconnect, re-centre and reawaken your spirit. The fall colours decorating the alpine landscape are breathtaking, the air is crisp, and the changing of the seasons brings endless possibilities.
The Elevate weekend features over 30 unique session options provided by 12 gifted practitioners, with a special guest keynote speaker, a comedy show, and the perfect blend of group workshops and participants' choice of breakout sessions. Meals are included, offering fresh and local seasonal fare, with vegan/vegetarian and gluten-friendly varieties available. Additional certification classes are also offered, as well as some fantastic prizes to be won.
Plus, Mount Washington is still open for the end of its summer season. Enjoy activity discounts on the ZipTour and Bike Park as well as complimentary free access to the Eagle Chairlift for Sightseeing starting Friday and throughout the weekend.
The first annual Elevate event in the spring of 2023 was a true success, bringing together like-minded locals and island visitors alike to experience a range of sessions full of nourishment for the mind, body and spirit. The second annual retreat in 2024 grew and included intimate additions such as a lovely welcome tapas event and a farewell Sunday brunch. We're so overjoyed to return again with another Elevate Wellness Weekend, this time from September 26th to 28th, 2025! Packages are live now at the lowest price.
